- Add the chilled coconut milk, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, and cotton candy flavoring into the blender.
- Pour in the white rum, then drizzle the maple syrup and vanilla extract over the ingredients.
- Secure the lid and blend the mixture on high until smooth, creamy, and with a uniform slushy texture, about 30-40 seconds. You should see it turn a pale, luscious color.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a splash of coconut milk and blend briefly to loosen it up.
- Once blended to a silky, icy smoothness, pour the slushie into chilled glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a small pineapple wedge or a sprig of mint for a tropical presentation.
