  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls bite-sized or ciliegine
  • 16 small fresh basil leaves small whole leaves
  • 4 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 8 pieces pitted black olives sliced for eyeballs
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning
