- Pour the lemon-lime soda into a measuring cup and stir in the fruit juice and sweetener until well combined.
- Mix gently to preserve some of the fizz, ensuring the sugar dissolves completely.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each cavity nearly to the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they stand upright in the center.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, run warm water briefly over the outside of each mold to loosen the popsicles.
- Gently pull out the popsicles from the molds and enjoy immediately, revealing icy, bubbling, citrus-flavored treats.
Notes
For extra fizz, re-insert popsicles into molds and briefly re-freeze if the mixture starts to lose carbonation during handling.
