Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce preferably soft and smooth
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk whole or any preferred type

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Pour the caramel sauce into the blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender, filling until it reaches the marked line for desired thickness.
  3. Pour the milk over the ice and caramel in the blender.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and icy, about 30-45 seconds, with a slushy consistency.
  5. Stop the blender and check the texture; if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly to loosen.
  6. Pour the caramel slushie into glasses, watching the creamy, frosty mixture settle and froth slightly at the top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, enjoying the rich caramel flavor and icy texture.
